I have exciting news!

I have moved over the border into Hampshire in the RG27 area! It is very exciting and i am thoroughly enjoying the rural life living on a farm!

The Little Eden Bakery

Let's start from the very beginning, a very good place to start!

The Little Eden Bakery was created from a desire to create free from cakes that are as far from the 'free from' stigma as can be. I began baking once I was diagnosed with coeliac disease 15 years ago. Since then I have been baking for family and friends. With the encouragement of my husband, mother and friends (one who threatened to sign me up on 'Bake Off' in secret) I came to the realisation that God has given me a talent that needs to be shared with others. Especially the 'Free From community' who unfortunately lack a good cake (or any cake) at any given event. 

So here is 'The Little Eden Bakery', based near the Surrey Hills, creating one yummy, delicious free from cake at a time.

Black Forest Cake

One of my all time favourite desserts is a black forest gateaux. I like it so much that I created my own cake version, which can be made dairy and gluten free.


The Chocolate loaded cake

Full of chocolate and a little m&m surprise inside. This cake has the luxury look, yet beholds a fun surprise inside! This cake can be made both dairy and gluten free! If you're a chocoholic, this is the cake for you!


Edible Flowers

Edible flowers add an elegance to the overall look of a cake. I also like using dried flowers into the buttercream to add extra colour and texture


Making Waves

3 layered vanilla cake covered with Swiss meringue waves! This cake was a little different to what I am used to making, but it probably was one of the most enjoyable to decorate!


Black Forest Cupcakes

Due to the fact that lots of my customers enjoy the 'Black Forest cake' I decided to create a cupcake version! These delicious cakes are filled with cherry brandy soaked cherries, topped with velvety smooth chocolate buttercream and a little cherry coated in a shimmer of luster dust.


3 layered Chocolate cake

Coated in silky chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream, dripped with chocolate ganache and topped with summer fruits. Decadent and indulgent!
